「Amazing destination for a beach getaway! Splash」

「Prime location!! Minimal walk to food and entertainment. Perfect condo for family FU!!」

「This condo was everything we hoped for. The host truly provides all the extra touches to make it feel like home. High quality towels and bedding, beautifully decorated, fully stocked cabinets. The view was perfect as well. Be warned Lake Town Wharf elevators are likely to end up on a Netflix documentary. Outside of that, the property had so much to offer. We were more than pleased.」

「KC was a great and attentive host. Any and all needs were taken care of promptly. Property was nice and clean. The pools, tennis and pickleball courts were great! The beach was easily accessible and close to the pool. Family friendly resort. It is very close to the pier and most attractions also. I would recommend, and would stay again in PCB.」

「First ! We LOVED the location. Watching the waves and seeing the sunset was spectacular. What wasn’t so great was the non communication about the garage parking/ permit. Had to have security staff help me AFTER them telling me what to do. There was paper on the floor , hair balls on couch and on the floor.and bobbi pins under a chair. Crusted food on the counter.Clearly a rushed cleaning or didnt care about how it was done. Remote to tv in master bedroom was missing , and the tv in the bunk room...

「We had a great stay at this condo in Panama City Beach! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and fit our needs perfectly. We loved the resort pool and easy access to the beach. The host was excellent and made the check-in process simple and stress free. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing beach getaway!」

「This was my families 2nd time staying in this unit. Melly's communication was excellent as always, she makes checking a breeze and is quick to respond. Unit was clean with excellent views and the pools were well kept and clean. The condo's location is within several restaurants and even within walking distance to pier park if you enjoy a nice walk. The beach here is not overly crowded for a large complex. Would definitely recommend for others, Melly is an absolute pleasure to deal with.」

「This condo was perfect for a getaway vacation for a couple. It is updated and modern. We absolutely loved our stay. The cleaning service is top notch. The condo has double headed large shower and double sinks. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a vacation stay before. The balcony had plenty of room and very nice furniture for sitting out and watching the sunrise or set. Property manager is very receptive to questions and concerns. The lagoon pool was wonderful. Having beach chairs...

「Property was clean looked just like the pictures the view amazing will definitely stay again Disliked we didn't have toilet paper, no paper towels, no hand soap, nor garbage bags not even one to start out with」

「Really enjoyed our stay!! I loved the condo!! It was super clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.」

「The location, amenities, and room were clean and spacious. Elevators were quick and available.」

「Lovely condo with a great view.」

「Clean and nice accommodations. I would highly recommend.」

「We were there when there was a massive watermain break. Our host kept us informed with updates from the maintenance crew. We purchased water to flush toilets, brush teeth, make coffee etc. until they had water available on the ground floor at the beach showers, and she offered to reimburse us for our expense (we did not take her up on it). we would definitely stay there again. Her cleaning crew needs to be a little more diligent with the vacuuming though.」

「The host was wonderful. She replied to all of my emails very promptly. The parking was very accessible to the office and elevator. The beach view was fantastic. The room could have been cleaner and the bathroom door would not shut but overall it was a great experience and perfect for our short stay!」

「Beautiful condo with wonderful view and easy access to beach and pool being on 2nd floor. They are doing construction near the condo outside so was woken up quite early a few days but that is hopefully temporary!! Shower/water pressure 10/10! Never seemed to run out of hot water! As far as resort goes, the pool is great! The beach is very crowded at this location just FYI!! It was so nice having the beach chairs and sand toys to use and not have to pack our own!! That’s extremely convenient!...
