「The location is excellent. We loved being right on the beach. This location is a little further down from the main beach area so it was a bit quieter. The condo was functional but it's in need of lots of maintenance. Kitchen needs an update - peeling cabinets and huge crack in the counter at the sink. Toilets would run occasionally. Fans were rocking and felt like that would fall down. 」

「Our family had a great time in Panama City Beach! We enjoyed the hot tub within the Splash Resort and great access to the family friendly beach. There is a box labeled, "Take a Toy, leave a toy" and all the kids had new choices each day for toys on the beach. Splash resort is very clean with friendly staff. The view from this unit is great! The balcony was a great place to hung out. We even witnessed a marriage proposal on the beach. As far as the unit, it gave us a place to lay our heads...
