Beautiful property even better location

This home is perfect in every way! The location was phenomenal, extremely clean, and fun for all ages. The outdoor kitchen and bathroom is a huge plus. Comfortable beds and much more. Our family plans to visit this location several times in the future. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful.

Wonderful Place for a Family Vacation

The property was great. We fished off the pier and caught blue crabs. We enjoyed the private pool with our grandchildren. We were close enough to go to New Orleans for a day. And to Gulfport to the aquarium. We ate at so many good restaurants, seafood of course. Highly recommend this property!! My family wants to go back next year!!

Perfect for our family.

Meeting family in Bay St Louis for Thanksgiving. It fit our needs perfectly. We will able to host 17 family members in the great room comfortably. I brought a folding table and 4 chairs. Wonderful time with family from all over the south. My daughter in law loved the most comfortable bed in the master suite. Im embarrassed that I panicked when the power went out just as I stepped out of the tub in the dark. Power was restored very shortly.

Excellent property!! The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed. The pool was absolutely beautiful and well kept. The landscaping around the pool, house and gazebo was lovely. Much nicer than most houses in the area. The view from the house was breathtaking. The dock that runs on 2 sides of the property was well maintained. The cargo elevator made moving our large amount of “stuff” in and out of the house a breeze. The downstairs kitchen and bathroom were wonderful since we spent so much time in the pool. Pool toys were provided as well as cornhole and kayaks. Sandra is an excellent host and promptly answered any questions that we had. I highly recommend this property for a family. The pictures on the site do not do it justice. It is much better than we expected. We will be back!!

The property is amazing and is described on the VRBO website very accurately! This property had everything we could possibly want. ALL of the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet. The home was very clean. I cannot say enough good things about this property. We all had a very good time and the host reached out to us when storms blew through checking on us. I will definitely book this house again!

There were repairs needed-bunk bed rail broken, creeking bed, cabinet in one bedroom (right side), blinds in family room, elevator. Nothing major but we reported early so we would not be accountable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Going up the stairs was challenging for me, at my age. Thank you for a great place for family and vacation time together.

Beautiful Property

It is a beautiful property and fit our needs well. I have bad knee, so it was hard getting up and down the stairs. Our pregnant daughter (who was with us) went into labor the day after we got there, so most of us had to leave early. Our son, other daughter, and 2 granddaughters stayed and finished the vacation. They had a lot of fun.

River House

We had a great time staying at this property! The house was very clean and very well maintained, It was hot when we were there and the pool was a lifesaver. The A/C had broke and Sandra was very quick to get someone out and have it repaired the same day. Would recommend this property if someone is looking to stay in this area.
