「Lakewood has a lot to offer, and this location was very convenient. I loved that we had a dedicated, assigned parking spot off the street. We did cook one meal there plus breakfasts, and that was helpful to have that kitchen. The bed was very comfortable with quality sheets. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it was very nice, for a very good price. I would go back again when visiting Lakewood.」

「While we enjoyed seeing the deer bed down around the home, we were disappointed by several issues that impacted our experience, especially given the price paid.
Upon arrival, we noticed storm damage and tarps on the roof and ceiling. We were not notified of this damage prior to our stay. 「This unit was exactly as pictured, excellent amenities, wonderful appliances in the kitchen with some snacks and water provided and an inCREDibly comfortable bed… so much so we meant to ask from where the mattress was purchased. 「We found this as an alternative to downtown hotels while attending a downtown wedding. It was 11 minutes form The Flats, in Lakewood, for about a third of the price. It's an old upstairs 1 bedroom appt, in an older neighborhood. The steps are pretty steep, so if that's an issue... But we were there to dress for the wedding, to sleep after the wedding, and leave in the morning. The bed isn't the greatest, but I've paid much more for worse. Overall great experience. Can't beat...
