“Realmente vivimos una experiencia muy bonita junto a mi familia , pasamos varios días en esta casita que nos encantó , es muy acogedora , cómoda , moderna tiene una excelente ubicación está a minutos del pueblito que es un encanto está lleno de vida nocturna , deliciosos restaurantes, la gente es muy atenta y alegre, tiene unas playas de ensueño qué hay que conocer ,los más bellos atardeceres, para nosotros fue una experiencia inolvidable que volveremos a repetir Si lo que buscas es disfrutar……

“The nightmare began on check in after traveling all 2 1/2 days to get there, the front desk had no record of us, it took about 40- 50 minutes (after a 1 1/2 drive to get there) to contact the owner to verify we rented the place. The place is run down, no coffee maker, filthy stove that had only one burner working, no wine opener, pots/pans horrible condition, the toilet seat and sink stopper were broken in the master bedroom the curtain rod which fell on my son was not secure and broken we he……

“We arrived and were so excited for our stay here…until we got to the apartment. Lucy met us out front of the lobby and takes you to the room. You have to check in and get wristbands. She showed us around and then left. It was so hot in the living room so turned on the ac. It wasn’t blowing cold air. Then I went to turn on the TV. It didn’t work. I tried to close the shades and they were stuck. I looked for the internet password which isn’t displayed anywhere so I had to text Lucy, the property……

“Franklin and Yamiris were our hosts, they made sure that we were well taking care of, from the check in until the check out time. They offered their help with tours, transportation, grocery shopping etc etc. Our apartment was kept neat and cleaned, restocked with water when we finished the big jug, also they were very kind by giving us the space to enjoy our stay without overwhelming us with suggestions etc. The Cadaques complex was everything we wanted to relax and unwind. Being the beginning……

He was available for any question we had and was always quick to respond. The house was clean, beautiful and open. It had an amazing pool and backyard and the pool table and Cinema room were a fun and entertaining extra to utilize on our vacation. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were spacious and open. “We just stayed at this beautiful house for my husband’s 40th birthday with a group of 10 adults. The house and vacation exceeded our expectations! The home owners were great and accommodating in helping us plan our trip. The home is as pictured, but even better in person. Tons of different outdoor areas to hang out and dine. Minitas beach is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride. The staff at the house were amazing. We had breakfast prepared by the chef each morning and 2 of the 4 dinners……

“We chose this property for our annual family gathering. As a point of reference, last year we rented a home in the Four Seasons in Punta Mita and in many respects this was superior. Let me start with the staff. They were wonderful and extremely accommodating. The food was great, varied and timely. The home was exactly as described and very comfortable. And Ivy, the owner could not have been more helpful to me, my wife and our four adult children. Two things to note. We used the recommended……

Japanese/Sushi restaurant additional cost. Very nice view of the ocean and sunset. Room seemed to be recently renovated. Suggest adding an iron/ironing board and maybe some beverages. ”
