"Beautiful location within easy 5-10 minute walking distance to downtown Bayfield shops, restaurants, and the ferry to Madeline Island. We were there for peak fall leaves color. The view of the lake, the island, the small marina, the trees, and the sunrise from the cozy furniture on the deck outside ..."

"Suited my purpose (quiet place to focus on writing) well. Could work at the kitchen table or outside on the deck (if it had been a little warmer). Brownstone trailhead was close by and an excellent walk. My only complaint was lack of a really comfortable place to sit and read or watch TV."
