Discover this large, characterful 65m² studio apartment, located on the 4th and top floor (no elevator) of a historic building, just a 5-minute walk from Bayonne's TGV train station, in the heart of the trendy Saint-Esprit district. The front door opens directly onto a separate sleeping area with two single beds (90x190), offering privacy and comfort. The spacious and bright living room offers panoramic views of the Adour River and Bayonne, with a dining area and a lounge area equipped with a sofa bed (140x190) and a TV. The separate kitchen is fully equipped for easy meal preparation. A bathroom and separate toilet complete this apartment.
You will also benefit from a high-speed fiber optic internet connection. This ideal location allows you to explore all the delights of Bayonne on foot: shops, restaurants, and entertainment. This apartment is non-smoking and does not accept pets.
