"You are required to buy an extra $25 convenience pass. It gives you access to the gym and $13 voucher to the restaurant. We weren’t there long enough to use the voucher so we didn’t want to pay, but it’s not optional, just a classy money grab gimmick for such a fancy hotel.. The hotel itself and staff and location are wonderful."

"So happy with our stay! The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating! They upgraded my room to a city view and gave me a late check-out time…all complimentary! I also appreciated the free shuttle rides (1 mile radius)! I would definitely stay here again! "

Thank you for the beautifully hand written welcome card upon arrival. The delicious complimentary macaroons and snacks were delightful and generous too. The Lancaster is a true Texas gem. "
