「The room was not at my standards. The air-conditioning would never get really cold! There was rust spots on the ceiling in two spots! The staff was very pleasant and friendly. 」

「酒店環境不錯，泳池祇供房客使用，因泳池不大，過瀘系統出來水質不太好，因我在早上開池就用上，水太混濁不清。向泳池客房會太大噪音，早餐比其他酒店很不錯，但餐廳枱上供客人使用配置不足，例如調味用品不是每張枱上都有。這次入住我早在2月尾已訂好豪華房，但入住時沒有大床給我，要兩日后才說有大床房給我，但第三日因太夜回酒店，第四日早餐后跟酒店要回大床房，但告知我祇有1晚可用，明天要搬回2張的房，因那房要有客人訂了，那我早在2月前訂的為什麼沒給我，真不知是什麼服務。到最後是提供了一間普通客房給我，算了我不跟他們計，不想影響心情。大堂服務員要多加培訓。」

「I was so disappointed with the shower in my room..I had a long flight from the US and looking forward to have shower but the water pressure was so bad I ended up not taking shower my whole stay ..I would rather have them put a bucket and kabo in the shower it would be better and I saw two small cockroach one in the bathroom and one in closet..」

「Property is down a small muddy dirt road and is at a different place than what's listed on the website. The TV wasn't working our entire stay despite numerous calls and messages. We also had a few water leaks so we had no running water for 12 or more hours.」

「I have severe allergies by the time we checked out in the morning. I came to find out that there cats stay and rooming around upstairs where all the rooms that costumer stayed in. It was specifically mention ab po it the cats. I have severe Asthma and allergies so this trigger on and was sick for few days.」
