"Every single member of the staff was very customer service oriented, very pleasant and went out of their way to meet every need or request we had!!! The room was very clean. We had an ocean view room that had the perfect view. The hotel was very family friendly and dog friendly. The boardwalk, lawn, lawn chairs and umbrellas were very enjoyable. There were lots of activities put on by the hotel and you could rent bikes, surreys, paddle boards and more right on the beach for a reasonable price. They had a partnership with Bayside Bonfires to put on bonfires on the beach. The hotel is located near lots of restaurants and bars. It’s just about right across the street from the Pacific Ocean and boardwalk. I would definitely stay there again."
