「The property was perfect for our needs. We had 10 adults that stayed in the property, and 2 others that stayed nearby and visited during the day. We loved the location, all the beach items in the shed, the rooms, the grill, the hot tub, the massive garage and alley parking, plenty of tables and chairs in kitchen and courtyard, 2 sets of washer/dryer, and the elevator for heavy luggage. 「This rental was everything we needed. It was clean, easy to find and get in, located in a great neighborhood and relatively close to the dog beach. Most days we could park super close to the rental, and there were a few days we had to park about a block away. Couldn’t have asked for anything more 」

The view is spectacular, the location is fantastic - right on the boardwalk, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. The detail provided on everything was perfect - check in, Wifi, expectations - you name it. Response from the property company was almost immediate on the one small question/concern we had. Also, honestly one of the best "stocked" Vrbo properties we've ever stayed in....

We had a couple of minor issues but April was great in getting back to us quickly. the pictures on the site are great but doesn't show how really good the pool area is. We had 5 kids age 9 to 18 and they totally enjoyed the backyard from going down the slide all day long to seeing the Sea World fireworks every night from the top of the slide area. This will definitely be our go to home if and when we return to the San Diego Area. 」

Host was very easy to communicate with, available for anything that should arise and very hospitable. This location is central to all sorts of activity as well as near the beach. Also very conveniently has a restaurant next door as well as deli and liquor store on opposite side. 」

「House was great for our family gathering. The layout of the house and back yard are perfect for hanging out with the family. The beds in the bedrooms are really comfortable. The owner and manager were very responsive and accommodating. We missed that the two queens in the office were blow up beds and open to family room, but it worked out ok. 「Spacious, well-kept home with wonderful, large hot tub and incredibly close beach access. Exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Bedroom set up with 4 king beds was perfect for 4 couples kids' room and extra mattresses worked well for our 6 grandkids.
