This property provides a high end rental at an affordable price. Hear the crash of waves and appreciate gorgeous ocean views from the family room, dining room, decks and some of the bedrooms without paying the high oceanfront premium.

This is the owner's second home who love to spend time at the beach and it's only rented during part of the Summer season there is lower rental traffic and it's not the typical everyday well-used rental property. It's maintained and managed by the owners with loving care and set up so you can enjoy your home away from home during your stay. It has everything you need to be truly comfortable and it's located in a secluded residential area away from all of the touristy areas but still convenient to everything in both Carolina and Kure Beaches.

This house is wonderful for a family and is also perfect for two families to share with two of the bedrooms having king size beds. So there's no argument over which couple gets the bigger bed in this house!

You will be able to watch the ocean from the kitchen sink, surrounded by granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a convection oven with warming drawer. Pots and pans, bakeware and utensils are all plentiful for your convenience.

The kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms, all with hardwood flooring. The living room has a large TV, two sofas to fit the entire family, and an oversized chair-and-a-half. Doors open to a large deck with chairs and a table for meals looking over the water. A bedroom with a queen bed along with a full bathroom complete the top floor.

The second level consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a king size bed, large closet, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, LARGE soaking tub, and separate shower -- and also has access to its own private large deck. Another bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and direct door to a jack-and-jill bathroom shared with an additional bedroom. The final bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds for a total of 4 twin beds...it's the perfect spot for the kids to have sleepovers at the beach!

Our typical weekly rental runs from Sunday to Saturday but we're always flexible to accommodate our guests' needs if our calendar allows so please sends us a message if you need to check in or out on different days and we'll always try to work with you. All costs are itemized up front and there are no hidden fees before or after your stay.

Kure beach is unique because there are no large condos or hotels and it is more of a family beach and this property is in the perfect spot within the town...where you can feel like you're away from it all but get to everything the island has to offer with a short drive or bike ride. The beach is also just steps away with the closest beach access just about right across the street and it doesn't have a public parking lot so it's rarely ever crowded.

The house is furnished with everything you need with exception of your personal items....we even provide laundry detergent and fabric softener all await you. So just bring your family or friends, your sheets and towels, beach toys, and food/drinks and enjoy a wonderful vacation at the beach! We also have bikes available for rent if you're interested.

Three story townhouse with 4 bedrooms that each has access to its own bathroom and own tv. Luxury kitchen with ocean views that's well stocked. Large eating area and family room. Third floor deck is a great place to gaze at the ocean while having a drink or meal or just hanging out. Primary bedroom has its own private deck. There's plenty of space for your entire group for not much more than the price of a single hotel room on the island.

Fully stocked kitchen: Dishes, pots/pans, utensils, drip coffee pot, and coffee.

Bed linens and 10 bath towels provided, as well as hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, and paper towels and enough toilet paper to get you started the first day.

WiFi available throughout the home and Roku equipped TV's in both bedrooms and main living room (Connect your owning steaming channels).

Pets: All animals strictly prohibited.

Outdoor spaces: Front porch is perfect for sipping coffee while watching the sunrise and sunset. Spacious multi-level decks and outdoor shower are great for family and friends after a long day at the beach. Enjoy yard games, and relaxing sunsets.

Parking - 3 free spaces available: located in the driveway. Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid parking in their yards.

Guest Access - Private access to entire home (4 bed/3 bath). We also have an outside shower located in the backyard that you can use during the summer. Shower is winterized in off-season.

Entry through front door. Keyless PIN code lock on front door that is specific to you.

Primary guest/booker must complete rental agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions.

Travel insurance is recommended, as we adhere to the cancelation and refund policy set by Airbnb.
