Welcome to our little beach home, a Cape Cod, three bedroom, two full bath, with partial bay views from top deck, located one block from the ocean and one block from the Brant Beach Yacht Club.
This off-season we have added custom Anderson Windows and renovated our second bathroom, our mostly full house renovation is done. In the last two seasons we have lifted the home, new siding, new roof, hardwoods added to bedrooms, new outdoor patio, new outdoor shower, new privacy fencing, and painted every room.
We vacationed on LBI as kids, rented on LBI with our children as they were growing, and now we have a small place of our own that we would love to share with people who love the island or want to get to know it.
The first floor of this house has been renovated with an open floor plan and consists of a new kitchen with granite countertops, new cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. Open floor plan includes a dining area, large living room and comfortable peninsula bar seating. House is great for entertaining but cozy enough to enjoy a quiet evening in front of the TV or lounging on the deck. The first floor is finished out with a full bath with a tub and a laundry room with full size washer/dryer.
Second floor has the master bedroom with a queen size bed, two guest bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and the other with a full-sized bed and twin top bunk. There is also a full bath and access to the roof top deck. There is a small beverage fridge in the hall to conveniently store your roof top libations!
Outside area has a fenced in yard with a large ground level deck, outdoor shower, a beach cruiser, some beach chairs, a few wake boards and boogie boards as well as a corn hole game. Even a couple crab traps are at your disposal.
Other features include, central air and heat, a tankless water heater, and a 50" TV. It also features a keyless entry system. It's a great area for a nice walk or relaxing bike ride.

Bedroom 2: Full Bed + Ceiling Fan (there is also a twin mattress under which can be pulled out)
Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed, Bottom Full Bed and top is a twin bed + wall mounted fan
Family Room Couch: Sectional
Sleeps 7 comfortably but there is also a roll away twin bed in the storage closet so you can easily sleep 9 with the sectional couch.
Linens & Towels:
Available for all beds, if you choose to use them, please wash them for our next guests and leave them folded on the appropriate beds. Bath Towels and Beach towels are also available, again if you use them, please wash them and return them to the closest you found them in.
Check-in at 4pm and Check-out is at 10am - this allows you to miss the crazy traffic getting on and off the island! We are looking forward to hosting you! Please let us know if you need any additional information.
