“Was perfect - walking distance to everything we needed - clean, only negative was the linens - you need to bring your own. Overall- excellent!!”

“This apartment was as advertised! It’s a beautiful updated/modern condo. Very clean and quaint. John was a great host and check-in process was very easy. Very close 7 min walk to the beach. Good location. There are a bunch of restaurants, mini golf, and other things w/in walking distance. Great for family of 4 as they have a good bunk bed in 2nd room. The outdoor shower was a huge plus, bc we bathed our small kids in it after the beach every day. Only negative I would say was the bed in the……

“We had the most wonderful time! The house is so beautiful and comfortable! Being right on the bay was so much fun, we enjoyed a lot of family dinners on the deck overlooking the water. We enjoyed all the water toys available to us. The gorgeous beach was just a short walk away. Rich, the owner, was very responsive to any questions we had. We can’t wait to come back!”

“We had an amazing time in this beautiful beach home, directly across the street from the beach and Will views of the bay as well. In a quiet area of holgate, it was great for kids and had plenty of room for 11 of us with games and coloring books for kids provided. The downstairs patio is an oasis that we really enjoyed. The owners,Anne-Marie and Brian were great as well, great communication and quick to make sure we had everything we needed and answered all my questions right away. Can’t wait to……

“The house was incredibly cozy and felt like home. It had all of the amenities we needed for the long weekend, as well as linens and towels. The house was clean and the owner was very communicative regarding the details for checking in. The only downside is the lack of parking, but that can't be attributed to the owner. We parked our truck across the boulevard and just took our time crossing over. I would highly recommend this home to others looking to get away for a vacation on LBI.”

“Rented the place over 3 days for new years. Really nice location 2 blocks away from the heart of Beach Haven, convenient to the local grocery store. As a group of young families with little kids we loved how there were two separate living spaces so adults and kids could have their own spaces.”

Jionni was extremely accommodating. The price for November was perfect for 2 families to afford. Do not second guess yourself if you are looking at this rental. You will not be disappointed.”

“Awesome place with a great location. We were attending a beach wedding and literally had a 2 minute walk to the venue so location was perfect for us. The unit was clean and in excellent condition. You have a deck in unit 3 to enjoy and a wide open courtyard. Owners are super nice and live onsite if you need help with anything.”
