“Excellent location! House was the perfect set up for our family of 5. Kids on one level and adults on another. Everything in good working condition and was a very comfortable stay. Owner is extremely responsive and accommodating for our last minute stay. Hope to visit again!”

“The outside of this hideaway cottage near the ocean is as delightful as the inside. Modern and clean, this condo was very comfortable for us. Slept four comfortably. Open kitchen to couch / TV area made conversation easy. Location is fantastic - steps from beach, field that hosts concerts, theater, restaurants, museum. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to things to be convenient. Beach access right there. Really the only things missing were actual coffee MUGS and a two quart container for making ice tea and lemonade. Highly recommend this dog friendly property. ”

“Excellent location. Very spacious. Lots of comfortable sitting areas. Several outdoor terraces. Well equipped. Special surprise was a ping pong table which came in very handy during bad weather days. ”

“The owner really needs to invest in some basic upkeep.The outside property was overgrown and had garbage laying around as if the place was vacant for months.Inside the kitchen has ants, both bathrooms had black mold on the shower curtains.The grill had no gas (3 empty tanks) and was left a complere mess.All of this can easily be rectified with thorough cleaning and basic upkeep.”
