“Everything was great and we would stay again”

“Rented the place over 3 days for new years. Really nice location 2 blocks away from the heart of Beach Haven, convenient to the local grocery store. As a group of young families with little kids we loved how there were two separate living spaces so adults and kids could have their own spaces.”

“My family stayed in Jionni’s condo for a family November wedding. I can’t rave enough. It was extremely clean, spacious, had everything we needed for a long weekend. Jionni was extremely accommodating. The price for November was perfect for 2 families to afford. Do not second guess yourself if you are looking at this rental. You will not be disappointed.”

“Nice, clean, well stocked and appointed property in a great location situated exactly between the ocean and the bay. Short walk to both, to enjoy the beach, the bay, and great sunrises and sunsets! Plenty of linens, towels, blankets, and toiletries, which can be lacking in rental properties! The host was responsive and flexible, and extremely detailed in the directions provided for the house. Great outdoor space, perfect for relaxing with friends! Thank you!”

“We have been renting on LBI for decades and would recommend this house 100%! Great location, very clean, and slept 6 very comfortably. A/C worked great, outdoor shower was newer, and the front deck for coffee in the morning was fantastic. Would be happy to stay here again!!”

“This apartment was as advertised! It’s a beautiful updated/modern condo. Very clean and quaint. John was a great host and check-in process was very easy. Very close 7 min walk to the beach. Good location. There are a bunch of restaurants, mini golf, and other things w/in walking distance. Great for family of 4 as they have a good bunk bed in 2nd room. The outdoor shower was a huge plus, bc we bathed our small kids in it after the beach every day. Only negative I would say was the bed in the……

“We have been coming to LBI for the past 15 years and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful property inside, with great kitchen, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Wonderful deck on which to dine and rooftop deck on which one can watch the clouds, view the shoreline, and so forth. Very convenient walk to the ocean and good access to the bay. Was a great place to prepare for a day on the beach, rest at night, and even ride out a stormy day. Cannot wait to return...”

“Our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) had lots of room to spread out in this well-appointed home. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, etc. and with basic ingredients for cooking if you want to. The location in the heart of Surf City was great so we could walk everywhere.”

“We had the most wonderful time! The house is so beautiful and comfortable! Being right on the bay was so much fun, we enjoyed a lot of family dinners on the deck overlooking the water. We enjoyed all the water toys available to us. The gorgeous beach was just a short walk away. Rich, the owner, was very responsive to any questions we had. We can’t wait to come back!”

“We had an amazing time in this beautiful beach home, directly across the street from the beach and Will views of the bay as well. In a quiet area of holgate, it was great for kids and had plenty of room for 11 of us with games and coloring books for kids provided. The downstairs patio is an oasis that we really enjoyed. The owners,Anne-Marie and Brian were great as well, great communication and quick to make sure we had everything we needed and answered all my questions right away. Can’t wait to……
