“Overall, we had a great experience at the resort and truly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful, relaxing, and the staff were generally warm and welcoming. One area that could use improvement is the attention given to non-alcoholic beverage service. We noticed that guests ordering wine and alcoholic drinks received much more attentive service, with waiters frequently checking on them and ensuring their glasses were never empty. Restauration très très moyenne par rapport au standing de l’hôtel Petit déjeuner à revoir Dîner à revoir Chambre magnifique Petit problème d’organisation 1 seule personne pour faire l’intégralité des chambres par étage La chambre pas faite avant 17h30 !!!! Pas normal pour un hôtel de cette catégorie Beaucoup de personnel dans les restaurants par contre 1……

“Appartement conforme à la description, propre et bien équipé. Le logement est situé dans un environnement calme, idéal pour se reposer. Toutefois, il est un peu excentré : une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer et profiter pleinement des environs. Dans l’ensemble, bon séjour. Je donnerais une note entre 7 et 8 sur 10.”

“The toilet seat in my room was completely broken - both parts - making it very uncomfortable to use. A plug socket to the left of my bed was not screwed in making it very dangerous to use. Although I arrived at the property at 6.30pm there was nobody on reception that could speak English For some reason the web-form I had to complete for registration didn't work, even though I was instructed to try it 4 times. This had to be completed manually in the morning!”

“Overall we had a lovely stay despite some issues we faced, in summary they could be a bit more organised. From confusion at check in about a half/full board deal that was offered to us prior to arrival, (heads up they are NOT as good as they make out) and then hide the deal after so you cant refer back to it which left me feeling annoyed as it was like “have you got proof?” If not then this is the price! We had to change rooms mid stay due to an extremely bad smell in the room, They ran out of……

“When I arrived at the hotel I was told they didn't have any details about my stay from hotels.com so I had to find accommodation elsewhere ”

“There was no toilet paper. Towels were used and not washed. In the bathroom, there was damp on the ceiling. The shower Telephone holder was broken. The person in charge was very friendly and helpful. He got me toilet paper and even fetch me by his motorbike from”
