“A lovely stay at Anjiamarango. The beach villa was beautiful and clean with air conditioning and a spectacular view. The staff were very friendly. The bar was spacious and again had a great view. We would be more than happy to return.”

“I just returned from a 9 night stay avdchete are my observations: The hotel is very centrally located and just seconds away from the beach and the main bars and restaurants. It has good sound proofing so no disruption to sleep or rest. They have backup power generators so no disruption to air conditioning, hot water etc. There are lots of stray dogs around but they don't bother you. The area felt safe but Blue Velvet has 24 hour security for peace of mind. The restaurant staff are great……

“Breakfast is continental with various additions. It does the job of getting the day started. The staff are attentive and will get you anything you want. The rooms are simple but clean but they do not have any air conditioning just some fans . The rooms can get very hot and it can be difficult to sleep. There is no fridge or coffee making facilities. Bring your own shower gel and soap as the hotel only provides a non scented soap stick for cleaning yourself. There is TV in the room but ours only……

“Staff were super friendly and gave us welcome drinks when we arrived. Food was really nice and they had a large selection of cocktails and mocktails. Only issue was sometimes they would make the cocktails ridiculously strong and the pillows were too hard/large for my liking”

I stayed two nights at Sakatia Passions for an unforgettable experience. Marianna in guest services is an absolute treasure. She is one of the most kind and genuinely caring people I have ever encountered. Roger took me out on the boat to go snorkel with the turtles. These beautiful giant creatures are not to be missed. “Good that it was an apt so u have kitchen but rooms need some updating. Great location on beach. Some English spoken by some staff but mostly like rest of Nosy Be not so if you dont speak french or English will be hard ”

“Our stay was extremely disappointing due to serious hygiene, food safety & service issues. We felt completely at the mercy of the staff rather than cared for as guests. We repeatedly found insects in our food—ants, gnats, mosquitoes & beetle like bugs across multiple meals. I have a plethora of photo/video evidence. After sending dishes back the issue continued & staff denied responsibility. We eventually ate in the kitchen to inspect food immediately & still found insects in several dishes +……
