The apartment comes with a well equipped kitchen, its own clothes washer and dryer, and an assigned, secure parking space in the first floor garage. Great bed! TV in bedroom & living room. Windows that open! Little Italy is filled with restaurants, cafes, a small but well stocked neighborhood grocery and many art galleries. Within an easy walk you can visit Cleveland’s amazing……

“Overall we had a good stay. We were travelling to Cleveland for a couple days with our grown children and just needed a place to sleep. The home is an older home but there are some improvements/updates that have been made to the property. Checkin was easy and everything we needed was provided for us.”

“We wanted this location for the the proximity to Little Italy and the art museum. It was within walking distance to many restaurants. However, I was not notified until the morning of arrival that street parking would be a MAJOR challenge. It has been torn up completely for water line repairs and closed from 7am-5pm. The sidewalks all along the street are pretty treacherous from the construction and repair activities. I would never have chosen this unit had known this and am disappointed it was……

“The carriage house was a comfortable and well equipped place to stay. Conveniently located for our purposes and yet secluded enough to provide space to get the dog outside, or sit in the sun and relax, or listen to the rich symphony of birds singing.”

“In a very good area, clean and easy access. Loved the location and setup of the space. Would definitely book again”

“The host communicated clearly and promptly throughout our stay. The place was very clean and conveniently located in Little Italy, within walking distance of CWRU. The amenities were thoughtfully prepared, including coffee, tea, and snacks. We had a great experience and would definitely love to return in the future.”

“Loved everything about it except parking”

“The entire property was clean inside and out and the beds were comfortable. The host answered my questions as well. We came to visit the Christmas Story House which was within walking distance, with a short drive to the USS Cod and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We were excited to be near all of our destinations and Rowley’s Inn around the corner was an additional delight. The neighborhood was amazing and I would definitely stay here at this house again. ”
