「Staff was amazing and polite Loved the service when arriving and during the stay Close to everything we needed and places to go One issue was just our fan was not working in room 8 but other than that it was a 4.5 star rated stay for us thank you very much Reception ladies hope to see yous again when we come back to stay again 」

「Great value for money. Rooms were clean, great AC and blockout curtains. Carting our bags upstairs was a bit tricky, but nice to have the balcony overlooking the pool. Housekeeping items were left out in the carports for our whole stay, bit untidy but mostly a great motel.」

「A nice quiet area of Mackay. We had a family room with lots of room for all of us. Room was very spacious. Bathroom was equal spacious as well. Bed and pillows was comfortable. Definitely be staying here again. 」

「Cheap and cheerful is how I would sum up. It is an old building and facilities are very basic, but adequate for our needs overnighting as we toured up the coast. Near to restaurants and the main shopping centre in town, so very convenient. Staff were friendly and although we checked in late, they made sure we had easy after hours access. 」

「Was not told when we booked in to take our breakfast up to our room then. As it was part of cost, it was not delivered to our room, thought it may be outside room next morning but was not. Also no book inside room telling us anything at all. Would have liked to know if bottle of wine was complimentary or we had to pay if we drank. No book, no know.」

「Booked online & came to the property to find they had no rooms & weren’t sure how the booking went through but were able to work it out & give me a beautiful 2 bedroom unit it was huge & beautiful!! 」
