"Room was very basic and clean. Shower was hot and had good pressure. Tv was very small and not bright enough. The card keys were not the best. Had no microwave but had a small coffee machine instead. It was just okay for the price."

"Recently renovated, so for the price it was a great deal. I had a quiet room with a big tv and several streaming services to choose from at no additional cost. The owners were very kind and helpful, I wish them the best of luck in their new endeavor."

"The on site restaurant and bar was very good. Breakfast is only served on the weekends. Perhaps light continental and/or coffee in the lobby would be good to have and be included as complimentary."

"Really convenient to UMass campus and Amherst. Rooms and bathrooms were large but note that walls are very thin. Luckily our neighbors were considerate! Breakfast had good options. Only con was that Fox News was blaring through breakfast which made a bad start to the day."
