“Sadly, upon our arrival we were disappointed to discover that there are NO dining facilities available on the premises! For lunch or dinner we were expected to drive out of the camp and try and find a restaurant.The industrial /rural area in the vacinity . did not seem condusive to a family type of restaurant. The resort management could not give a solution and agreed that a cancellation of our booking was the best solution. ”

“The property owners showed lack of professionalism. I booked through Expedia.com and made payment but when I got to the property I was told they were fully booked yet I had travelled over 200km.They grudgingly refunded me but I felt I was treated unfairly as they did not consider the inconvenience caused, my fuel etc but gave me exact amount yet I had also incurred some transaction charges.”
