Enjoy dinner at the nearby Auberge Saint Martin or explore the ruins of Beaufort Castle. Just 2 km away, you'll find shops and restaurants, while Olonzac offers a lively Tuesday market. The villa features a sleek interior, automatic shutters, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom. A few steps lead to the entrance, ensuring privacy and quiet. Outdoor living is a delight with three terraces, a barbecue, and sun loungers. The panoramic views and proximity to Lac de Jouarres, Canal du Midi, and Narbonne Plage (30 km) make it a perfect base for hiking, swimming, and sightseeing.
