"The room was horrible, the breakfast was horrible, the cleaning people were rude and the environment of the hotel was horrible. This hotel/room looked nothing like the pictures online i was extremely disappointed "

"Clean room, people were friendly, there were a few things broken or not usable. The toilet ran water the whole time and wouldn't completely flush. Got it to flush. The computer chair had a broken arm on it. I fixed the arm with torx bits. The hotel advertises Lan Internet connection. Ithats why I chose to stay here. The Lan connection does not work. Just WiFi. "

"The only thing nice was pet friendly. The room was disgusting. Looked liked poop smeared on the ceiling, blood stain splattered in the bathroom wall and by one of the beds. Food and sticky stuff in the end table drawers, toilet never flushed properly, the floor was black and sticky and walls had looked like dry boogers. The only decent staff was one gal that I only saw once and that was the night before I left. When I alerted the one staff about the room she stared at me like she could care less. The halls looked like they haven’t been swept or mopped in years. The GM should be ashamed to be running her property like this. This is coming from a manager that ran my own property. I only picked this place because of it being pet friendly. "

"The room was clean, but we had a mixed bag with staff interactions. The housekeeping staff did an incredible job, but two of our days we had do not disturb up until 10am, and then took it down, but our room was never serviced. The elevator has been broken for over four months, so we had to lug our luggage up three flights. That length of time in a five story hotel is inexcusable. We were told there were stairways at either end. When I asked which stairway would take us closest to our room, the desk clerk didn’t know. I chose correctly, as we were two rooms from the stairway. There is a hot tub and pool, but they weren’t open yet for the season. Breakfast was decent, and kept fresh and clean by the staff there. The rug and lounge in our room showed some stainage. "
