「This treehouse is a very cozy little full-service rental. It is great for couples looking for a quiet getaway and would be a great back-to-nature glamping site for a family with small kids. It sleeps 4, but honestly 2 couples would possibly be a little too cozy for our tastes. 「This place is better than described. It’s cozy and has anything you need for a getaway besides shower supplies. Close to the Mammoth Cave National Park: take the ferry route, is just 20 minutes. We had the chance to see the fireflies just from the deck. It’s lake access, and also this place has copious water gears, including kayaks. Corlynn and Joe are wonderful people, very helpful.」

「The hosts were super nice and polite. The house was beautiful in a very serene location. It was perfect for a cozy intimate getaway. If we hadn’t ran into an issue it would have been 5/5 stars. However, we ran into an issue on the first night though that dampened our plans and wasn’t able to be solved until the night of day two (we were leaving at 11 the next morning). The house was amazing and the hosts did get the problem fixed but it was just so late that it didn’t help the overall...

「The property was very nice and clean. I was a little misled with location information. We were looking for something close to mammoth cave and the listing stated 16 minute drive, we couldn’t find that route and it was more like 45 minutes. Maybe if we took the green river ferry but it was only open from 8-6.」

「This house is in a very peaceful area. House was clean and comfortable. Loved the sunroom. Due to high water levels it was difficult to use the dock. Lost power, but it was restored quickly. Kitchen is nice and well-stocked. Pans are in rough shape. You definitely need to bring food to cook as there is no place close to eat out or get groceries. We enjoyed Nolin Lake State Park and Mammoth Cave State Park. Overall a nice stay.」

「Downtown Browntown was perfect for myself and my two kids. We loved the hot tub and Gary and Jackie were so kind and friendly, inviting us to join them for Easter cookout since no restaurants were open due to the Easter holiday. The place is conveniently located and a quick drive to Mammoth Cave and area attractions. The apartment is well maintained and fully equipped for cooking. We had a great time and would definitely stay again for our next trip to the national park!」

「We had a guys weekend away that included grilling out, playing games, and hanging out. There were a large group of us and the house fit our needs perfectly while giving us an atmosphere that we could relax in and enjoy the natural beauty of Rough River. 「Mike thank u for hosting. Great week and weather. Really enjoyed the rental. As disclosed the single BR had us on a schedule but no issues! Lower level access challenging for mobility impaired with stairs. Mike met us on Saturday and gave some Great tips about lake conditions. View without comparison. Well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Lots Of space. We fish so did not use TV or Wi fi. Would rent with Mike again and Plan too make this place our new annual gathering place.」

「We loved our stay here. (Two couples and our kids.) The kids loved the loft. The property had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. It was so close to Wax Marina, where we rented a boat for the day, yet also quiet and peaceful. We are excited to come back!」
