「Needed a place for the weekend to get to an appointment in Dayton on Saturday and do a bike ride in Yellow Springs on Sunday. It was just like the listing, cute place with the right amount of space for two people to eat, sleep and relax. Used the kitchen to cook dinner each night and had everything we needed. 「We (my husband, small dog and I) felt at home. The space was clean, welcoming, and provided many wonderful amenities, including laundry pods and dryer sheets. We were on a road trip and it was time to do laundry! (The machines in the basement take quarters, 1.50 per load). The kitchen is well stocked with spices and everything one needs. 「Host was very pleasant and easy to work with. The beds were comfortable, very spacious first floor. Convenient to University of Dayton. Only one bathroom upstairs but very spacious and clean.The stairs are a bit steep but other than that very comfortable and cozy with good amenities. Would definitely stay again.」

「I was in town with my friend for a convention. The owner was prompt with communications the entire time of our stay and with me before we arrived. There was an issue with the water supply to the building which was out of her control but she kept us updated and even reimbursed us for a day. The apartment was very clean. Building was quite lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance.I would definitely recommend and will use again when in the area」
