  • Welcome to Summercrest Cottage, a charming upper-level duplex nestled on the edge of scenic Summercrest Park in Beaverton’s peaceful Sexton Mountain neighborhood. This beautifully updated retreat offers the perfect blend of suburban tranquility and urban convenience—just minutes from local shopping, grocery stores, and a variety of bars and restaurants, while downtown Portland is only 11 miles away for easy day trips and city adventures.

Comfortable Home away from Home

This place was so welcoming and warm just like home! The beds and linens are soft and very comfortable. The convenience of having two full bathrooms is such a plus when you have several adults. We will be back and can’t wait to stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

The property was spacious and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were super comfortable. Being next to the trail leading to a park, we drank our coffee every morning while enjoying a constant stream of dogs on their way to their morning walks! Nice balcony and a gas grill to boot. iTrip was easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was not really set up to cook but fine for breakfast and coffee. Somewhat busy street so backing out was a little stressful and there was some road noise. Bathrooms and kitchen a bit dated but overall, quite a good stay.

A week at Sumercrest Cottage in early Fall

This house was perfect for our week long stay to see our son attending college near by and working with Devyn and iTrip was smooth. The house had everything we needed. The neighborhood is darling, great for walks, and close to all the neighboring towns of Hillsboro, Aloha, Cornelius, and Forest Grove. We used the kitchen a lot and even had some friends over for one dinner. There is plenty of seating and supplies. I would definitely recommend this house. We hope to rent it again!
