「The food was subpar, especially for how expensive it was. I ordered a margherita pizza which typically has fresh tomatoes and fresh basil on it. What I got was an overcooked cheese pizza.
The bass in the music was booming.
There was no wine by the glass.
The service at the restaurant was terrible. I went in again at dinner time and never was seen. I left and ended it trying to buy a bag of pistachios at the grab and go, but the credit card machine didn’t work.

「Overall a 4-star experience. The room is smaller than the photos suggest, and ours had a broken steamer, faulty AC, and no luggage rack something most hotels at this level provide. They did fix the AC the same day we complained, after one rough night of sleep.
Check-in was a letdown. Staff seemed overwhelmed and didn’t explain any amenities, so we had to piece together spa hours, gym access, and other details by asking other staff throughout our stay.
