"The breakfast was good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were fine, they were clean. Our television seemed to be possessed but we never said anything. The location was great. We could walk to several stores and necessity stores such as Walmart and Dollar tree are across the street. Pretty good for the price. "

"We have been coming to West Jefferson for several years now and always enjoy staying at this Holiday Inn Express. Very convenient location and amenities are what we need. Always clean and breakfast is good with healthy options like yogurt and fruit. Coffee service area is very nice to have too ! "

"Clean room & bathroom which is most important. Bed was very comfortable, even with a bad back. Did not have grab bar in shower, but I did not request one. Decor could use a little updating, but overall very good room."

"Very clean. Kept up. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice staff. Very friendly at check in desk Parking great but could use a couple more handicap spots. Good breakfast. Sunday morning was noisy with doors slamming shut as people were leaving to probably go check out. I loved the fact the doors did lock automatically. A little inconvenience of only one elevator working. Over all I’d give it an A."
