“The house was in excellent shape- charming even! The game room was so much fun - loved the foosball and the window/door to the kitchen. The location was great. I loved the pond and waterfall behind the house. I loved how the kitchen was closed off with a door so early-risers didn’t wake up late-risers. We also appreciated an exception to the “no pets” rule. It cost a lot, 150, for the exception… but we really wanted this well-behaved pup with us! This was the perfect place for a family get away!……

“Was as pictured. Could use updating of interior doors and painting refreshed on the walls. There was no air conditioning but the ceiling fans and window breeze helped. Didn’t realize it was above an active bar. Street parking can be a challenge. But overall I am pleased with my stay. The area was very walkable and the apartment was charming and the perfect size and set up for me. I would definitely stay there again. Host was responsive and thorough with communication. ”

“This house is impeccable! Exceptionally clean and spacious. We had 9 family members staying for our daughter’s college graduation and it was perfect. Great communication with the host who made check-in / check-out very easy. Beautiful place. ”

“Host was unhelpful with several issues in the home, most of them minor, but excessive ice on the front steps made them unusable and I was told "maintenance" would stop by to address it and never did. ”

“Kitchen was small and organized with utensils. AC was properly working fine but the hitting system was old and made noise overnight. The entire house was old and stairs made noise sound when i walked. I wouldn't choose this one again ever.”

“Great location, clean, and well appointed. We had a great time here while in town for a Browns game. Ohio City is a great spot just 10 mins from downtown Cleveland. Phillip was a responsive and gracious host and the apartment met all our needs and was a great place to hang out. ”
