“We loved this place as soon as we pulled into the parking spot. The garden is beautiful and welcoming, and the suite is filled with charm. The whole suite is decorated nicely, the bed was comfortable, the fridge was stocked with refreshing drinks, there were muffins waiting for our breakfast treat, and the clawfoot tub completed the look and feel of being "at home". “This house has great space for a group of adults. The 3 bathrooms and bedrooms were a luxury for our group of 5. A few cleanliness issues but overall it was fine. The hot tub was great and the kitchen was adequately equipped. If there were 8 people as advertised, you may be short on plates/glasses and the table only seats 6. Brown Co State Park is close and the hiking is surprisingly good for Indiana! We would definitely go back.”

“This property is just as described. Snuggled in the woods, the views from the many decks invite you to slow down and take it all in! This was our first family “girls trip” and we truly enjoyed both the abundance of gathering spaces but the privacy of us each having a bedroom and on-suite bathroom.”

“We were in the Treehouse and it does not have a kitchen. It does have more than most hotels. We brought what we needed for meal prep and clean up. My husband said he missed having a kitchen but i am not sure why since he never really uses one ;) We came to visit a close friend and share the experience of the total eclipse. There is hiking close by and the Story Inn and tavern walking distance. The accommodations, the eclipse, the weather were all PERFECT”

“The suite was very clean and cozy. Beautiful location, very relaxing. There wasn't a kitchen sink so if you are cooking anything be prepared to wash your dishes in the bathtub. You can hear the people on the second floor very clearly. Also, each day, hot water ran out quickly while showering and I took.a quick shower.”

“7 Acre Legacy was a beautiful property! Once we arrived we didn't want to leave. We enjoyed the setting - wildlife, hiking, fishing, etc. We took advantage of the all the amenities - hot tub, ping pong, outdoor eating, and firepit. My husband and I sat at the firepit with our calendar, trying to figure out the next time we can come back to 7 Acre. The place and our experience exceeded our expectations. Marissa did a wonderful job of making sure we had everything including fishing poles and……
