“The room was clean, the bed comfortable, however guests need to know there's no iron or ironing board, washing dishes is very awkward out of a small bowl which doesn't accommodate the dinner plates. There was a very musty smell when entering the room, and the sink push plug was broken abd the sink was full of water on arrival. ”

“What a lovely old house we had such a lovely relaxing chilled weekend. So lovely and clean cosy and warm and comfy beds. Only 20 mins. from Launceston and the town of Exeter only Minutes away from the house for supplies. Lovely and quiet. There were only 3 of us but plenty of room for at least 8 adults. “We stayed while working in the area the house was very clean tidy and had everything we needed great place to stay. It is the 3rd time we've stayed will be back next year”

“Over all very happy. A couple of reasons we will not go back -- 1. we are in our seventies and the steps are a bit dodgy especially with nectarines on them as they were when we were there. Get slippery when they rot. In saying that the gardener did come to clean them up -- 2 Once again with our age climbing into a bath to have a shower was a bit dodgy. Oh to be young again.”
