「This property is not accessible, the entrance is in the back to which I had to drag my luggage down a small slope and then across some gravel to get to the door. There was no step at the door so it was difficult for me to get my luggage up into the unit and then myself. The price increase from what you showed and then what I actually was charged was substantial and they only allowed less then 24 hours for cancellation.」

「I never got a chance to stay because my reservation was cancelled less than 30 hours before check-in and nothing was done by any of the parties concerned to help me find similar affordable accommodation for my weekend. I ended up having to pay almost double the amount for a hotel that did not suit my trip as well as the booking would have, and since I had already paid for the booking my money was tied up in limbo in the transaction for days after the cancellation.

「The apartment was very clean, great location - few minutes walk from waterfront. The only downside was a proximity to the venue, that run a party on Friday night, noise was unbearable as the djs decks were just under our windows. Ear plugs provided offered little help.
I suppose on weekdays this is not an issue though, we were unfortunate to stay just on a Friday night.」

「Nice house. Only real complaint I have is that is was very hot in the house with no way to cool it down as it was controlled by the owner, I reached out to the owner telling them it was very hot and asking how to cool it down and they went silent, no response. Disappointing as earlier in the day they were very responsive. I don’t think owners should be able to control the heat/ a/c during renters stay.」
