“The cabin is very close to the next ones, as they are all on the same block and you can hear your neighbours easily. The beds were very hard, but very stylish and well appointed. Limited cooking options and tiny kitchen. The spa on the deck is a great idea, but you cannot change The temperature to make it any warmer.”

“On arrival was told the restaurant would not be open during our stay, but we could order in however no facilities in the room ie plates, knives and forks! We ate out. No hangers in room and possums IN the roof, no sleep. Changed rooms, no possums but 4 coat hangers whoop whoop! Maleny was lovely but would not stay at Tranquil Park again.”

“Didn't have a chance to explore nearby as it was raining, limited indoor parking so you have to park outside which might not be an ideal option if you have a lot of luggage. Worth mentioning is the gym at the hotel which is good.”

“I had a mixed stay.
The good? The staff are lovely overall.
The property & gardens are beautiful. Breakfast was delicious.
The bad? Unfortunately my room wasn't ready at check in time, which I usually wouldn't be upset about apart from having paid a high rater due to it being holiday season. Skeleton staff was to blame (due to the holiday season) but in my opinion if you're not able to accommodate guests don't charge them top dollar, OR limit the number of rooms on offer, OR at least call……

“The hostess was very rude, loud and had a language barrier. It's advertised as a hotel Holiday inn and when you get there it's a old house with a couple of bedrooms downstairs, over the two days I stayed there I saw so many people walk in and out because it is not appropriate to stay in, it should be closed down. they don't get a refund, they can't. it's a trap, it is a scam. it should be taken off your website .
