“the original check in time of the hotel should be two oclock but since we arrived the city quite early, the host still gave us the key of our room for later moving in and when we were back to the hotel at night our luggage and belongings were already transferred up to our room and this was great. the hotel room was much bigger than what we expected and is like an apartment for daily living intead of normal hotel room although water kettle was not provided. you will need to walk for about an……

“When I arrived, the room had trash on the floor and under the bed. There was also a hole in the back of the door, like someone punched it. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge had moldy food in it - the moldy food was still in the fridge when I checked out! For a one week stay, I was given only one bath towel. No hand towel or washcloth. There was no mat for the showers and nowhere to place your clothes while you showered, except for the dirty floor. On the second day, I requested help from……

“Even though the room was clean, there were people smoking outside the property and the smell penetrated the room big time. Other guests were very noisy (talking loudly until 5 am or so). It appeared that the TV had been broken for a long time. No internet. Yes, there’s free parking on the street but only between 10 pm and 9 am. The price was good, and the place served the purpose. Not sure if I would stay there again though. ”

“Bad experience. Dirty shared showers toilet and hallway areas. These areas should be cleaned once a day otherwise they filthy. Hair on the bed. Holes in sheets. Loud tenants in complex - hard to sleep. Long ways out of Vienna center. Area not so nice. But the price was reasonable.”

“The room door lock was broken and they ignored our messages to repair it. Had troubling sleep because the heater in room was so bad. Bed and mattress were also of cheap quality which wasn’t warm at all in cold winter. The room also smells very bad. ”
