“Worth it, but resting in its laurels. No doubt a beautiful spot, a lovely hotel and the balcony breakfast spot is great, pool is great. Sea access even better. But Food is very average. Rooms are poor - thin walled. Lot of bathroom noise from other rooms. Pillows may suit some but overly large and firm. Im only 6 foot but feet hanging off the bed. Bathroom window didnt open. When i asked for different pillows the receptionist laughed and said no options. Id rather stay at the parador……

“Every staff member we encountered were more than helpful and very very kind. We really appreciated the staff. Helen was great during our arrival and getting us settled in. The hotel is sooo cute, cozy, and clean. Absolutely recommend.”

“This is a charming boutique hotel in a fantastic location for exploring the historic center of Begur. It was our base for walking the many Costa Brava trails and visiting seaside villages. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We had to leave early one morning to go to Figueres and had to miss breakfast, but our host arranged for us to have breakfast at a sister hotel on the way. It was lovely and appreciated! Just be aware that it can be noisy since it is right in the center of town, so lots……

“Ok”

“Amazing hotel! Everything was well thought out and the staff were helpful and kind. The location is a minute from the beach. Oh and their breakfast is well rounded with lots of options. I’m a celiac, and they had a great bread option for me each morning.”

“Bestes Frühstück ! ”

“very clean and quiet, staff provided 5 star hospitality, very friendly to all different languages. Excellent restaurant, I can't tell you how wonderful the breakfast was each morning (free). Everything felt so clean and great, Monica was wonderful, the interior design is next level. Would easily stay here again, no question.”

“It is a beautiful hotel and is just next to the castle . Only think is need put more shampoo rinse and shower body cause was only one thing for everything and was almost empty!”

“Loved the hotel, and the gorgeous view! Situated at the top of the hill and overlooking the beautiful ocean and Palafrugell. The breakfast was amazing and the surrounding hikes are fabulous. A real adult cheque boutique experience. The rooms are a bit small but all else is with the 4-5 star!!”
