酒店的位置毋庸置疑，对的起这个价格。但设施真的比较老旧，尤其卫生间非常一般，甚至可以说陈旧。而且不到9点酒店里就有非常大的装修噪音了，但这个问题在办理入住的时候工作人员并没有提醒，也没有问我们需不需要停车，全靠自己问。

因為有君悅用餐會員卡，所以出差或旅遊都會選擇住這間飯店，這次北京出猜也選擇君悅2間房，但因會議延後，寫信與訂購平台反映，看是否能延後入住或其他處理模式，但飯店就是不肯，硬生生空兩間房等著過期沒人入住，很令人生氣，我打算以後再也不住君悅了。

喜欢这酒店的泳池，约有50米，人也不多，可能因为天气还没有很热;健身房很大，器材设备充足；早餐也不错，吃了四天，但菜式是一样的，没有改变；套房很大，空间充足，每天也整理好，外望市内景观远可以，厅与房间有板可分隔；不是国内假期，人不多，所以登记入住和离开也不用太多时间。交通方便，因接地铁，门口总有出租车。

非常不方便的酒店
服務員服務態度一般。購買時有3人早餐，但前枱的員工說只有2份。我請她再三覆核，她什麼都沒做便說只有2份。我再岀示確認訂單(hotels.com也應改進訂單詳情，因確實沒有清楚指明有多少份早餐包含)，她才請示另一位職員，結果有3份早餐，但花了不少時間。 房間不算大，潔淨度很一般。最不滿意的是周邊沒有24小時便利商店，很不方便。幸好有美团送到酒店樓下，否則想吃宵夜就得走十分鐘左右才到便利店。

Grand Hyatt Beijing is an execellent choice at a prime location along Chang’an Avenue, next to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street and subway Line 1 and easy to navigate if you are driving. The facilities are new and well maintained and the staff are caring and responsive. Also I’d like to specifically commend it for the bathroom design (spacious, simple and user friendly) and the breakfast buffet (qualities and varieties). Thank you for your services. 北京东方君悦大酒店位于长安街沿路黄金地段，毗邻王府井步行街与地铁1号线，亦便于开车导航。设施新且维护良好，工作人员服务周到且有效率。另外我格外满意房间的浴室设计（宽敞、简单且易用）以及自助早餐（质量好且多样）。感谢你们的服务。
