先是櫃台人員態度極差，每天清潔員早上九點多就敲門打擾，隔音很差，隔壁房抽煙都聞的到。 以後不會考慮再入住

酒店距離地鐵站很近 搭10號線和機鐵很方便。房間空間不錯 挺乾淨的。可廁所沒有抽風系統，進去關門就覺得悶。wifi經常連不上 ，打給前臺也說沒辦法解決。

Good location but bad mattress and shower
Location is good as near the airport express and underground. The room is small with a tiny toilet. The shower is terribly week and the whole toilet floor will be wet after shower that is very slippery and danger. The mattress is so bad that you can feel every spring inside it and hollowing in the middle. Unlikely to visit this hotel again.

整體還蠻經濟實惠的，位在地鐵旁交通超方便，唯這次房間被安排在靠馬路那邊比較吵，隔音不是很佳

酒店旁有一家24小時便利店，步行5分鐘抵達三元橋地鐡站，往三里屯酒吧街非常方便，加上機場快線，只需20分鐘便抵達北京國際機場。酒店旁有一家鳳凰匯百貨公司，餐廳臨立，非常方便。

靠近电梯间的房间因为隔音效果太差而造成非常大的噪音困扰。位于16楼的无烟房内都能闻到来自楼梯间浓烈的二手烟味。

我們是選擇到達酒店付款，在退房時繳付房租RMB2500多元及取消信用咭按金單時，只須數分鐘完成的服務，但因多次被其他住客打擾，最後要10多分鐘才能完成，因酒店職員一方面為我們服務時，還仍然不斷為其他客人服務，酒店服務員是否應該完成一位客人再幫其他客人服務呢？ 還有，所有酒店職員欠了些笑容！

Relatively good service at relatively lower price
The IBIS is a good choice. I stayed in hailar City, Inner Mongolia, in September 2009, for a film shoot there...20 of our crew for over 30 days...very convenient, very affordable...I recommend this hotel for business, family and youth travel...I have just been in Beijing staying at the SANYUAN LI - IBIS, it was affordable and comfortable too...

步行到地铁站3分钟，出行市中心及景点打车也就30左右，很方便。小床更软适合小孩子睡，就是空调怎样调都是一个温度，热！其它都不错，楼下有24小时便利店，有餐厅。机场打车也就20多分钟到，到故宫也是20多分钟。

The front desk manager gave me the lowest floor and did not willing to change upon my request. I checked the room and the view and went back to ask for change again. The reception changed this time. My check-in time was around 1800 and it was unbelievable that all rooms are occupied. I have to condemn this type of cheating.

廁所煙味霉味都很重，廁所超級小，櫃台人員服務態度也不好。隔音效果也很差到了半夜經常有住客在外大聲講話。 交通方便，旁邊有鳳凰匯可以吃飯還不錯。
