方便又舒適自在的住宿

地點很好，機場大巴就在附近，房內又備有廚房設施和洗烘乾機，我們兩個年逾六旬的老夫妻在那住了10晚，搭公交到處自由行或走幾分鍾到王府井大街逛逛。飯店的櫃臺人員很和善，只要目光接觸都主動的問安。尤其難忘一位來自哈哈爾濱的行李員，知道我們第一次看到降雪，親切地拿出手機為我們借紹家鄉的雪地風情，並關注我們要保暖，總之是一次溫暖舒適的住宿經驗。

廁所浴室洗澡后有水滲出。應該是浴屏縫隙滲漏。整體房間良好。房間濶落，設備齊全。酒店坐落北京市中心，非常方便。會再次入住。

如果有孩子,這個酒店非常適合. 有一個廚房的空間和洗衣機和烘衣機可以使用. 前台旅遊部的杜小姐服務也非常週到貼心.

hotel has great location, easy access to nearby tourist sites. It is clean with friendly hotel staffs and they are quick to response. Ideal place for family and other travelers who plans to stay around in the city for a bit longer.

Worth to try

I found the location very convenient as it locates right in the city center and next to the peninsula hotel. I stayed two nights in the suite with two rooms and two bedrooms. Me and my friends like it a lot.

酒店地點方便

今次租住兩套房一廳，內附廚房洗衣設施，住了5日4夜非常方便及舒服，有家的感覺又有酒店式服務，早上及晚間還可以游泳及健身很滿意。

Bad service, not 5 star

I stayed in this hotel several times. At first, it is ok, but you will gradually find it is not qualified as a 5 star hotel, and I won't stay here any more!!! 1) no clubroom, only a few random seats in the corner of the lobby, so if you have friends coming, there is no proper place to hangout or a coffee chat 2) if you stay more than 2 days, cleaning lady won't even clean the floor or table or change the towel or anything. they are very lazy and just leave some toiletry in the room 3) the staff attitude was really really bad! I booked an additional night for 2-apt room but I was staying in a luxury 2-apt room. I paid more as it was last minute but I did not notice the difference. I called the front desk before i went to work that i don't want to move room since there will be only my kid and my parents, they won't be able to pack everything. But after work, I found that they pushed my parents to move and they lied that there is no room available but at that time I found 4 same rooms are available from Hotels.com. They also lied that they called me but they don't know my china phone number. When I asked them how could they do this to the elder & baby, they did not apologize at all and still tell lies For the management team of this hotel, I spent $30K in 3 months at your hotel, for $300 difference between standard vs. lux 2-room apt, you lose a life-time customer due to your evil staff!

一間設備齊全，乾淨舒適的酒店式公寓。

一間設備齊全，乾淨舒適的酒店式公寓。地理位置極好，旁邊是王府井大街及apm 商場，商場有大量食肆，步行7分鐘左右即到燈市口站Exit A。房間舒適，有洗衣機及開放式廚房。酒店早餐亦算不錯。唯一比較差的是從細微位置會看到 housekeeper比較馬虎，床單亦不是每天更換。不過整體也不錯，下次都會入住。

訂了兩房的apartment, 有兩張雙人床連套廁的，正常可住四人，但如果用四人入住去訂房，tax 貴2千多，最後用2位入住訂房算了。

性價比高的服務式公寓

房間寬敞，設施齊全，性價比高，地理位置方便，周邊食肆購物都非常多。唯一不滿的就是被安排的樓層太低，而且房間裡沒有全身鏡。

二人住套房很棒‘離地鐵燈四口站走路約8分鐘，但下地鐵站無電扶梯，拿行李不方便

one bed room很棒。但兩間房+一客廳房，浴室在外面，至另外房間會経過另一房浴室很不方便，應該是親子房，住二家人不方便

這次入住兩臥室房型, 非常適合一家子人在北京旅遊走路5分鐘可以到王府井大街逛百貨公司, 買伴手禮, 知名的餐廳分店在那也都有! 只是到故宮的出租車難叫了點因為酒店門口前那條路容易塞車整體來說很滿意, 下次去北京還會入住
