"This hotel is at an amazing location. It’s close to a very famous Hu Tong, which is Tong Luo Gu Xiang. Only a few minutes walk, then you can easily spend a few hours walking up and down the Hu Tong, with lots of shops and food on each side. I am amazed how this hotel is located in the center of the city, but the night is absolutely quiet. The hotel staff is excellent. "Clean room. Lobby was very disorganized, luggage everywhere and the check-in area was not clean, the staff pulled slippers, soap and toothbrush from a box stacked just behind them at check-in and gave them to us in a plastic bag to take to our room, this was very strange and was not what we expected for a hotel classified as 4 stars.
