「niente ascensore... problematico con le valigie」

「Wonderful hotels with modern and comfortable rooms . We lived in a room with 2 rooms with kink beds . It is more than enough for a family of 4 . Sufficient selection of drinks in Nin I bar for additional fee ,as everywhere in other country . Girls at reception were always polite and helping . We will stay in this hotel next time we visit Belarus , Minsk . Thank you Expedia 」

「中国投资建设的酒店，无疑，很大气，符合中国人对5星酒店的预期。但毕竟是住酒店不是参观建筑，细节方面和传统5星酒店有差距。房间墙纸起泡，淋浴间玻璃胶施工水平太低，不仔细，中国工程队过来施工，速度有了，质量并不太高。不知道是不是明斯克相对落后的原因，明天后天分别住下万豪和希尔顿对比看下，对于建在欧洲的五星酒店，卫浴产品居然不是VB或类似品牌，浴室备品也不是大品牌，肥皂用起来很不舒服。电视节目，可以看两三个中文台，但主流的英语以及欧洲语言频道都没有，用了三星的电视，但居然不支持投屏发射。附带的中餐厅还可以，进了赌场我以为回到了10年前，就好像ps5都出了，给你玩儿小霸王的感觉。」

「靠近市中心，出行方便，但房間感覺偏小設施陳舊。早餐時會詢問房間是否有含早餐，如果你確定有，服務員還是會說他那邊沒有記錄然後需要補交餐費，此時一定要堅持自己訂房時是含早的并讓其與前台複查。我的朋友就因為這個白交了一份早餐錢，事後和前台交涉才肯把錢退回。」

「The price is ok, but the service for cleaning is not good, nobody do the cleaning every day, even they coming to clean, they don't change the towers. There is no internet in the room,only at the receiption.」

「Good location, very close to center and walking distance to scenic spots,l. The hotel is kind of classic type, with lift. My room is on the top floor, with very steep roof and 2 windows that cannot be opened. If you force to open a little for fresh air, the air conditioning will automatically stopped! It’s rather hot even the air conditioner has been set to the lowest temperature! That said, the room is clean and staff is helpful to provide information you need! 」
