"Great hotel with everything you need. Staff is very friendly and the patio overlooks mirror lake with an amazing view and a great place to have an evening drink. It's pretty central to lake Placid, which is nice to get around. Breakfast buffet was good, but nothing special."

"Cute, cozy camp that has been redone in a comfortable old-fashioned way. Excellent bed comfort. We didn’t miss a TV because we were in a quiet spot within 15 ft of the Hudson River. We k did wish for a railing on the steps near the parking space. The kitchen was for 1 cook, but everything was there that we needed to use. Persian carpets on every floor, very comfy.."
