“Great place with amazing staff! Right on Pink Street so be aware there will be a party outside going till 6:00 AM. The hotel has invested in excellent windows and sound proofing to minimize the noise.”

“Amazing Location. Good place to stay with the family . Lot of Dining options , Most Lisbon Attractions are either walkable or 10-12 mins by Taxi. The intercity train station is 10 mins away . The Grocery store is 2 mins away which is like a mini safeway for those in the US. They have a well equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in the Unit. They don't really have anyone onsite but will respond immediately on Whatsapp. ”

“The apartment is old and lack of maintenance. Everywhere was dusty where we got in. Water ran out of the bath tub after a shower. The mattresses are all very soft due to long time use and must be replaced. We didn't see or hear from any staff during our four days stay. The only good thing is the convenient location which is the only reason they can charge that much!!”

“This one of the greatest hotel I have ever experienced in the past. The location, service, and cleanliness are excellent. Parking is also available by paying daily basis, which is very convenient if you could not find the street parking. It is also very close to the city center, which around 15-20 mins walking distance. There is also a convenient store close by (200m away), which you can get some snack, drinks and etc. Very recommended if you are traveling with family or business.”

“The room is nice and clean, extremely spacious, had pretty much every amenity you would expect to have in a hotel. It even had an amazing espresso machine, an oven, a dishwasher, and all sorts of cooking equipments and utensils. The swimming pool is also amazing”

Easy check-in with digital kiosk. Excellent communication with Lisbon Serviced Apartments, quickly replaced a broken coffee maker upon notice. ”

“Avevamo appartamento al piano terra troppo vicino alla porta d’ingresso dello stabile quindi avanti e indietro di gente che arrivava e andava via.. bagno ovviamente senza bidet ed attrezzato per persone con limitata mobilità cosicché non è poco agibile in generale.appartamentino gradevole nuovo e ben collegato anche se la zona è decisamente fuori dal Vero è proprio centro storico, con pregi e difetti.”

“Everything worked and was clean. The location is perfect with bus stations and metro stations within 5 min walking. The supermarket nearby has all the essentials. The only little inconvenience we had was the laundry machine’s door handle was broken, allegedly by the last guest. We were told to just use a knife to jam open the door, and we did just that, so problem solved!”
