“Great location, helpful owner, nice place to stay. What more could you want?!”

“L'appartamento era come descritto: super panoramico con vista totale sul ponte 25 Aprile e sul Cristo, ampia metratura, elegante, pulito, con facilità di parcheggio. Dopo un inizio difficile per un problema di acqua calda e la necessità di una seconda chiave, il tutto è stato sistemato rapidamente dal host. Si trova a Restelo, una zona residenziale di Lisbona molto vicina a Belém. Fondamentale avere un mezzo di trasporto.”

“Photos look much nicer than than the property in real life. Dingy lighting, walls need fresh paint, paint peeling, curtains shown in photos aren't there. The couch and TV shown are just in the entry hallway with enough room for 2 people to sit and small TV on table right in front of you. Lost signal several times. It was hot in the afternoon and there is NO ventilation. No HVAC system at all, and no fans. Two sides have no windows and just a tiny one on the front that opens right on the street……

“Comfortable”

“The apartment was large, spacious, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The neighborhood felt safe and was within walking distance of the main attractions and the waterfront. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Lisbon.”

“Really bad communication with the host. Ind complicated check in on line. The apartment is really nice and the same with the area. So loved that. Beds are good. So might book it again, now I know where the apartment is and how the check in is working. But are waiting to see if the 250 euro deposits is coming back. That are to be paid outside the hotels.com platform. ”

“Pros: affordability, location and ease of access.Cons: not a clean place (rotting baseboards, lots of dead bugs, and worst was a very old pair of ear plugs in main bedroom drawer that are literally growing fungus inside the case that was left behind by previous tenant). Also, we had to buy hand soap, dish soap, and dish scrubbing pads. Please also expect a very loud stay, as the upstairs neighbors are quite audible as well as all street traffic. ”
