“Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.”

“Informed at check in that there would be breakfast options available from 7am. This was not the case! 8am breakfast starts due to Covid issues. Are those staying able to delay the start of their working day due to Covid? I don’t think so. Luckily there was a McD’s nearby, but if I had known about breakfast times before booking I would have booked room only. This small issue is reflected in my overall rating.”
