Disappointing / Misleading - not as described in the ad
We booked for 5 knowing one of us would be sleeping on the sofa bed, when we arrived there was no linen for the sofa bed, after contacting the host she advised she could organise a blanket, we had to insist on being provided with proper linen including a duvet. The property also appears to have some kind of metered system for the gas, on the third day the gas ran out and we had no hot water or heating. Got a message from the host on the morning of day three advising she would come and check the credit on the meter, but she never did, so we ended up having to leave early and not make use of the third night we had paid for. We requested a partial refund for the night we could not use but the host refused. I would advise people against booking this property unless they are happy with a damp, cold property with no hot water. The grass at the front of the property was overgrown with a lot of dog poo, we had to be really careful getting in and out of our car. Overall very disappointed with the property.
