「Clean room , Good breakfast helpful staff」

「The bed was creaky but the room was adequate and clean. Pool was cold.…The breakfast has not too much choice」

「We loved our stay at Cliffside Inn! The inn is in a beautifully landscaped location right by the ocean. It was a short drive from where we arrived from the ferry from Pictou. The owners were very helpful and friendly. A wonderful continental breakfast each morning with excellent coffee. We were in a room apart from the main inn, so very private. The room was large and clean, with all the amenities we needed including a coffeemaker. We loved it!」

「The room was not very clean. Some of the towels were gray and dingy. The area rug was not clean or vacuumed. The kitchen cupboards were falling of the hinges. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. I reported all of this and nothing was done about it during my 3 day stay. There were 2 lamps in the bedroom that did not work. I did get them replaced by one of the employees. Very disappointed in the service I did not receive.」

「The hotel site shows pictures of the interior of the main building not the motel part. The motel part would only rate one star. Room small and looks like it was renovated on the cheap. Internet was weak due to the distance from the main building. If I knew I was going to be put in the motel part, I would chose a deferent hotel.」

「Lovely B&B. Beautiful historic property with up to date amenities. Hearty breakfasts and coffee and tea available throughout the day and evening.」

「The three of us had the basement suite which was extremely spacious. Rod helped us map out our excursions everyday and gave us great suggestions for suppers. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and always smiled. 6 different choices for the included breakfast and free parking. Win win. This was my second time in PEI but first time staying here. Highly recommend it」

「This was a very sparsely furnished hotel. It was more the style of a small European hotel. The room was very clean, the bed good, excellent bathroom. However there was no breakfast which was a disappointment. The staff were very helpful giving us ideas of where to go in Charlottetown. We did have to pay for parking.」

「We really liked the property. It was a very beautiful setting. I did not like the spiders on the ceiling inside the entryway. I have a fear of spiders. However, they were no where else in the property that I saw and really did not affect our stay as we were only there one night.」
