“Contact difficult, automated responses to messages, voicemail for calls. We wanted early entry but apparently this is not avaliable unless booked in advance for housekeeping purposes. An hr early on a wet Thursday in February, I'm sure could've been manageable, or a least a call back to say no. I requested twin beds as in photo, king bed was made up.No toilet roll in bathroom, not one. I've never experienced this anywhere else I've stayed previously, there has been no response to me……
