Hotel is just like all premier classes hotel. Small room, small bathrrom small everything.
But this one as others has a time when nobody is in the front desk. the thing is that they are there but they did not want to help.
I got there around 330 pm and the doors where closed.
Well, they have and automatic checking computer in the property. I was trying to check in and the computer kept asking to pay with the credit card. I had already paid through the hotels.com website. Well I couldn't get into the room because it didn't want to give the keys if I don't pay.
The problem for me is that it was somebody around and I asked him if he knew how the machine work. He told me, well it says you need to pay with the credit card and blabla bla. All my explanation is because that guy that was talking to me was the front desk representative that at that it was probably off duty or something but he didn't do anything to help. He just told me to come at 500pm that somebody will be there. We had to stay wandering around in the middle of nowhere because the hotel is there and it was kind of cold for us until 5:00 pm just to find out that the front desk representative was the same person that had talked to me 130 hours before.
This guy was rude and disrespectful, no customer service at all.
When I came in to check in he told again I had not paid, I called hotels.com and while I was talking to them he admitted they hadn't putting in the system because expedia whatever.
