The inviting ground floor leads directly out to the sunny poolside and terrace, for an effortless summertime flow. Next to the dynamic open plan living and dining space, a well-equipped kitchen leads out to the alfresco dining terrace, for carefree poolside dining. A lake view double king-size bedroom overlooks the poolside and offers easy access outside, as well as to an adjoining family shower room. Downstairs, the lower ground floor is equally inviting, comprising of a 2nd living room and 2 further double king-size lake view bedrooms (1 with luxury en-suite) and a family shower room.

Please note that access to the villa is via a narrow uphill 200-metre road (suitable only for small-medium cars), before taking a steep downhill road to the villa’s gated entrance, where on-site parking is provided (larger cars can be parked at a free car park by the church, the driver though will then need to reach the villa on foot). From its scenic hillside location, the amenities of Belgirate can be reached by car in 2 minutes.

The villa occupies an elevated hillside location along ‘via per Calogna’ in Belgirate, within 2 minutes’ drive of the local shops, eateries and ferry stop of Belgirate and 4 minutes’ drive from the well-serviced resort village of Lesa. The popular Golf Iles Borromees golf club is 17 minutes’ drive away. For those flying in, Milan Malpensa is 48 minutes’ drive away
Lake Maggiore is a fun year-round destination; with wildlife and adventure parks, the Ondaland high-tech water park and an annual cultural events programme to enjoy, alongside wind surfing, wakeboarding, sailing, diving, tennis, horse riding, golf and Italian Alp Skiing opportunities.
