"Everything was excellent, staff, spotlessly clean, view from our room (435). Breakfast had a very large choice. The only thing we thought could have made it better would be a more varied menu in the restaurant. Would recommend to other visitors to Sagres."

"This was my second stay, returning after three years and my stay was even better than the first. The staff were superb. There was a weather incident upcoming during my stay and they were very knowledgeable. Also it was just nice to talk about living there rather than the usual hostel talk. The beds were good and comfortable. Having a curtain really shuts you away and gives a good sleep. So very happy for that. Always loved the breakfast spread. It's so unique and if you need a reason to stay here, this is a good one."

"This was a nice property very centrally located. Could find free parking and acess to food and activity. Rooms were adequate. "

"The smell of mildew in the kitchen area and bathroom was overpowering. It was really bad.Neither of the bedrooms is big enough to accommodate the size of bed in there. Couldn’t walk around either bed or open one of the bedroom doors completely because it was blocked by bed. The photos were best part of the listing. Loved Sagres, whish we would have booked different accommodation. "

"Really nice house as advertised. Plenty of nice towels etc.. Also the hosts (Rental Valley) were first class. Gas bottles were replaced immediately when we needed them. When we (stupidly) locked ourselves out of the house Inge at the office got straight back to us to say she would sort it and Anna, the local host, was there in less than an hour on a Sunday afternoon to let us in. Thank you! "

"Good concept, nice location, easy access and good outside area. The property is in poor condition, especially the batheroom and oven. It doesn't look very well maintained and it wasn't very clean when we checked in."
