“As returning guests we were happy to immerse ourselves back into the Belizean culture. San Pedro is sooo chill and the people really friendly and helpful.The condo was great. The only thing to mention is that the condo requires some maintenance as it is showing its age. The property management staff ( cleaning taxi, etc) and the manager herself were excellent in making sure our stay was the best it could be given the few hitches !!!”

“We had a wonderful trip and this property was amazing. We rented the entire property-3 condos which easily worked for our 17 adult guests. “From start to finish, everything was handled professionally for our stay. Lori and Seleni helped us every step including meeting us at airport with our golf cart, helping us book our Tropic Air flights and booking excursions. Property was very clean and as expected based on pictures on the site. It had all the amenities we needed. Close to several great restaurants, shopping etc. Always open chairs at the pool. “This is a very nice unit, plenty of space and has everything inside that you would need. Location is excellent. The property manager was super and always replied back when we had a question or concern.The only “bummer” of our stay was construction on a next door building, a lot of noise going on during the work hours. If you’re thinking of booking here check with them first about how long this will continue, looks like they’ve got a while to go.”

“Oceanaire 8 was a delight. The unit was exactly as advertised - great views, very comfortable and well-appointed. The location was perfect and allowed easy access to both south and north parts of the island.
